So in love with this Shake!

I use this shake just as it is or in my smoothies or in my muffins so yummy. I have only tried the Vanilla so far, I will be trying the cookies and cream soon that everyone is going on about.

Taste good and gives me energy

The vanilla Nutrition Shake tastes good. I enjoy drinking it as a hot drink by mixing it with hot water. Sometimes I mix it with coffee. When I mix it with hot water, I add a little bit hot water first and stir it into a paste and then gradually add more and more hot water. It gives me energy for my hiking activity and it is good after my workout routine too

So much fiber

I wasn't a big shake person, but I was looking for a way to add more fiber to my diet. I love the TLS shakes because they have have 14g of fiber, taste delicious as a shake, but I add mine to coffee!!

life savour!

as a hairstylist this protein shake safe me a lot of time in the morning. One scoop in my green smoothie is very filling and the knowledge to know the benefits I gain from it. fast and easy breakfast, love it. I even lorn I can put a tea spoon or more in a teacup of almond milk late in the evening if I am hungry instead of eating anything heavy.
